Welcome to TNWomensJournal.com, the Online Home for Women of All Ages in Madison County and West Tennessee.
The Women's Journal was created in 2004 with the goal of providing valuable information and education to the women of West Tennessee.
The Women's Journal is a bimonthly, free publication and is available in news stands, in approved private and public areas including most physician's offices and salons and all Kroger stores. It is also available by subscription.
Mission Statement:
Our focus is on women because women make, on average, 80% of the purchasing decisions, including healthcare. The Women’s Journal exists:
- To provide reliable information from local professionals to assist women in making their decisions;
- To offer encouragement and support for women in every stage of life;
- To recognize women who are seeking to make a difference in their community, church and family;
- To provide advertisers a unique opportunity to inform readers about their business in their own words.
It is our desire that:
- The community, especially women, recognize the Journal as a primary resource of reliable, family-friendly information;
- The advertisers and contributors profit from their expenditure with the Journal and view it as a valid avenue for reaching the public.
Our promise to the readers and advertisers:
- We will accept no advertising or articles that compromise our integrity or faith;
- We will seek perfection in proofreading and graphic design;
- We will abide by all journalistic rules, regulations and codes of ethics.
